| Here's a final shot of the field at night. The game ended on an eventful note. Near the ninth inning, the Jays were actually leading and I was hoping they could hang on and win. I had work the next day and we still had to bus home. Unfortunately, the Jays being the way they are, they managed to let the Mariners tie it up and the game went into extra innings. At this point, I knew we were going to be in trouble since I got this feeling it wouldn't end in the tenth. Well, I was right. The game finally ended in the 15th inning. We were all ready to leave early if it didn't end in the 15th. We all left Safeco just before midnight. The bus pulled into EA around 3am. I didn't get to bed until 4am. I rolled into work the next day at 11am. |
