 This is a picture of a few of the players from the SJC Eagles softball team. On the left is Rebecca, our first baseperson. She's a solid all-around softball player with a great arm. We're lucky to have her on our team. Next to her is Nic, who plays second base. This is the first time that Nic has played softball. Because of his cricket experience, he actually hits better if you pitch him low and inside. The guy with the bike helmet is Matt. He's a stalwart on shortstop. Matt also bats left, which adds depth to our batting line-up. If all of them seem happy in the picture, it's because we just won our first game, fair and square! |
